Chaplain Nick Montgomery may be young to some, but his wisdom goes beyond his years. Nick's training as one of Christ's ambassadors alongside A City for God began when he was just 18 years old. He served as a summer school chaplain intern. From there, he continued his training and service with ACFG by becoming a full-time chaplain serving at two of our partner schools - HOPE Christian Schools and UP Academy. He now spends a large amount of his time ministering to the neighborhood surrounding St. John's Hillside. Through the years, Nick has grown in his skills and gifts to serve God's people in Milwaukee.
Nick has been in the Joshua Urban Ministry Program (JUMP), a Pastoral Studies Institute of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, for some time already. This fall, he completed his first preaching class and delivered his first sermon at St. John’s Hillside in Milwaukee. We pray that God would continue to bless his efforts in his service and training as one of Christ's ambassadors.

Your support of ACFG makes it possible to train men like Nick for future full-time pastoral ministry in Milwaukee through JUMP. It is our goal to provide this training at no cost to those enrolled. However, to get someone through this program takes roughly 6 years at a total cost of about $20,000. We ask you to prayerfully consider how you can help fund this important ministry program as we train Christ's Ambassadors.
